The installers were all very professional and got the job done very quickly. I was needing new wooden windows on one of my rental homes for months and climate shield made it easy and affordable to replace the old ones with something better. I will always use climate shield from now on.

Update 5-3-22. We had our new sliding door installed today. So far I love it. I’m so glad we gave them a chance to redeem themselves. I would highly recommend getting a sliding door from them. They took good care installing our new sliding door. They had a few issues beyond their control but they knew what to do and did an amazing job. Thank you John for giving us an excellent presentation as to why we should buy your door. We are very pleased. 3-8-22. The gentleman showed up a little early. He was very apologetic for the problem we had earlier with them. We visited with him about the sliding door that we were wanting. He showed us the different options. He was very knowledgeable and honest. We were very impressed with him. We highly recommend Climate Shield. We are very excited and anxious to get our new sliding door. Thank you very much for reaching out to us right after we wrote the review. Update. After the owner called apologizing for their lateness, which we were told was out of their control, we decided to give them another chance. Hopefully they will be able to show up on time. We went to the home show and scheduled with them for an estimate. They called to reschedule because they were over booked. We scheduled with them again. This time they called saying they were running a little late. We waited an hour then they called again and said they would be there in 20 minutes. We could not wait another hour for them to show up. Shawn Whitekill I would not recommend this company because if they are rescheduling and calling saying they are going to be another 20 minutes just to call again and say they are going to be even later, how are they going to do the work on time.

Absolutely recommend this company the service the windows are tops in my opinion it totally changed the look of our house and they answered EVERY Phone call and all answers we asked we replaced all of our windows in our house and the installers worked quickly and efficiently cleansed up after themselves and were very informative answered all questions we had and did the job very quickly we were amazed Thank You so very much BEAUTIFUL
